Sean T. Durbin

Sean’s law practice is focused on financing, leasing, development and sale of projects including retail shopping centers, multifamily, hotels, office and industrial properties. In that capacity, he represents, landlords, developers, lenders, and owners in a wide variety of real estate and business transactions that include negotiating commercial leases, development agreements, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements and all other types agreements related to the acquisition, ownership and disposition of real property. His corporate practice covers the formation, operation and management of businesses.
Although he attended college and law school in southern California, Sean is a Northwest native down to his bones. He was born in Seattle, grew up in Bothell, now lives in Woodway, once worked as a fry cook at Ivar’s, and his greatest pleasure every day is waking up to the tang of saltwater in the air as he enjoys his first cup of coffee. Spending time traveling or attending one of their many sporting events with his wife and two children is his idea of perfect happiness. And he is proud to number many of his clients among his friends.
