An integral part of the loan team at Jameson Pepple Cantu, Ian has over 10 years of legal experience in commercial real estate. He represents national lenders who originate loans under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily programs throughout the United States.
He has a broad experience in various agency lending products, with an emphasis on Fannie Mae small loans and affordable loans. After graduating with a degree in History from Northwestern University where he was also a member of the rowing team, Ian received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law where he served as Technical Editor of the Journal of International Law.
