The thing that Michelle finds most satisfying about her job is that no two days are the same. In addition to managing the day-to-day business of the company, she makes sure that the attorneys of Jameson Pepple Cantu have all the resources they need to provide the best possible legal services to their clients.
Before joining JPC, Michelle was firm administrator at Jameson Babbitt Stites & Lombard, where she worked for 23 years. Since 2015, she has been a member of the Puget Sound Association of Legal Administrators, where she currently serves as past president.
Michelle’s role models are Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her two strong grandmothers, so she has plenty of inspiration to keep her motivated every day. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family, which includes her husband and a papillon pooch with the palindromic name of Otto, who turned 2 years old on 02/02/2020.
