Krystle V. Hoenstine

Associate

Krystle’s law practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions. She handles acquisitions and sales of commercial real property from drafting purchase and sale agreements to closing.  She also handles title issues, financing transactions, leasing, affordable housing tax credit development and financing, and tax-exempt bond financing.

She graduated from the University of North Florida with degrees in international business and marketing. She received her J.D. from the Florida Coastal School of Law and holds an LL.M in environmental and land use law from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Before joining JPC, she served as an attorney for both the Florida Legislature and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Krystle grew up in Atlantic Beach, Florida where she learned important life skills like playing volleyball and peeling shrimp. Although she derives a lot of satisfaction from doing great work for the firm and its clients, she most enjoys spending time with her husband and three children fishing in the Gulf or exploring one of Florida’s beautiful beaches or state parks.
