He has a broad experience in various agency lending products, with an emphasis on Fannie Mae small loans and affordable loans. After graduating with a degree in History from Northwestern University where he was also a member of the rowing team, Ian received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law where he served as Technical Editor of the Journal of International Law.
